Configuration
Configure CNX Welcome in the property pane: with the page in edit mode, select the web part, then select Edit web part (the pencil icon).

Usage
Once the package is deployed to your tenant, add CNX Welcome to a modern SharePoint page:
Open the page and select Edit.
Hover where you want the web part to appear and select the + (Add a new web part) button.
Search for CNX Welcome and select it.
Open the property pane, write the greeting and add your quick links.
Select Republish to share your changes.
Examples
