CNX Support

Display support contacts, email information and links to helpful resources.

Overview

CNX Support gives employees one clear place to find help. Display the right contacts, email information and links to helpful resources, so people spend less time searching and more time getting answers.

Add it to service desk pages, department sites and project sites so help is always one click away.

Features

  • Support contacts. Show who to contact for help with a service, tool or process.
  • Email information. Give people the right email address for their request.
  • Helpful resources. Link to guides, FAQs, request forms and other self-service resources.

Configuration

Configure CNX Support in the property pane: with the page in edit mode, select the web part, then select Edit web part (the pencil icon).

  2. Hover where you want the web part to appear and select the + (Add a new web part) button.

  3. Search for CNX Support and select it.

  4. Open the property pane and add the support contacts, email information and resource links.

  5. Select Republish to share your changes.

Examples

  • IT service desk

List the service desk email, key contacts and links to the most common how-to guides.

  • Human resources help

Point employees to the right HR contact and the policies they ask about most.

Best practices

  • Prefer shared mailboxes and team contacts over individuals, so details stay accurate when people change roles.
  • Review links regularly and remove anything out of date.
  • Use clear, action-oriented link text such as “Submit an IT request”.
